Overall a good stay but the bedsheets were quite dusty, and the towels were also damp, but the staff were very nice and helpful. Still a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was located in an area where you easily can find food during night time. Location was quite close to Tunjungan Plaza. Parking area was not so big but there was valet service which will help to park our car. There was carpet on the floor, very clean bed and good pillow. Bathroom was clean as well.

I entered the room and it smelled of wet carpet and when I wanted to check in early I was charged 25% even though I was checking out the next morning at 8 and when I wanted to have breakfast, the menu wasn't extensive and it didn't taste good.
