Service and Staff: The hospitality here is truly remarkable. Every staff member we encountered was remarkably kind, professional, and always smiling, going out of their way to ensure our comfort . The service is simply top-notch . Accommodations: Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning view of the sea that made the experience unforgettable . The hotel lives up to its reputation as a "palace," with every detail meticulously cared for . Dining: The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day . The quality of the food across the board was fantastic. Amenities: Whether you are looking to relax by the pristine private beach , enjoy the world-class thalassotherapy spa , or play a round on the stunning golf course with scenic views , there is something for everyone. The tranquility of the setting, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest and coastline, makes it a perfect escape . Overall: This was my first visit, and I was so satisfied that I extended my stay . I highly recommend La Cigale Tabarka to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable getaway in Tunisia. We can't wait to return!

La Cigale, certainly lives up to its excellent reputation. The property is impressively clean, with well-maintained grounds and a world-class golf course. The lower staff members are friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, the upper management was unresponsive to customer needs, which was disappointing. While the hotel website highlights a variety of dining options, during my late May stay, several restaurants were closed, leaving us unprepared. It would be helpful to update the site to reflect seasonal availability accurately. Our prepaid half-board included breakfast and dinner, which was problematic for me due to a medical condition that prevents me from eating dinner. I asked if the prepaid value could be applied to lunch instead, but this request was declined. The breakfast buffet started strong but quickly showed limitations. The fruit selection was notably poor, with bland offerings, and items like fresh-squeezed orange juice were often unavailable. The beach area was partly closed for maintenance, and that information wasn’t communicated beforehand. Our room, 1256, had a stunning sea view, and the housekeeping staff was diligent, but the bed was squeaky and disruptive, and the rain shower was clogged. Finally, while enjoying the sea breeze from the balcony, we had to deal with large flies and insects frequently entering the room. In light of this, I recommend installing balcony screens to improve guest comfort.

Just lovely place

This property is pristine, and the staff are excellent. The food was good in the restaurant. The sand is very nice, but have the beach is rocky. The one strange thing that makes me get out of four stars is that in the winter and into the mid spring they don’t actually have air-conditioning on so you have to open the window if the room is too warm. Apparently this is hotel wide. I was there late, April.

Unfortunately, No VIP access was included on my reservation. Everything was ok, very good experience and service was great. The room was so clean and well equipped but far from the reception. The overall look and atmosphere were just great ! And it deserves to be revisited again.

The hotel is an excellent place to relax and unwind. It feels like being at a retreat, where you can relax in an easy going environment surrounder by green grasses and great beach view.. Excellent dining options with high quality ingredients. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception, the restaurants, and at the beach. We loved our seaside villa. The daily fruit plate and mineral waters are a nice touch.

Very beautiful hotel. The staff was very welcoming. Lots of dining options to choose from. We loved the restaurant outside that had nice smoothies and live musicians that played instruments & also sang live. The food was so fresh and lots of options in the buffet restaurant. The staff was so attentive in picking up used plates and offering drinks. They had a nice selection of wines as well. Our room was very comfortable, big king size bed, lots of counter space, lamps, and bathroom was clean with separate toilet room. I loved the tile floor as it was clean. The mini bar came with a kettle for tea and coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were really professional and accommodating. Had to make last minute changes in my room, and they were able to accommodate. Throughout the stay they reached out for help.

Great location in the off-season. Plan to return in summer and see if it gets too crowded

Très bel hôtel plage magnifique restauration au top les chambres vue mer sont très agréables. Celles du bâtiment central sont superbes. Le personnel de la réception à la restauration sont aux petits soins. Je recommande vraiment
