Tiene varios detalles menores de mantenimiento en grifos del baño. La regadera no tenía cortina y el agua se esparcía por todo el baño lo cual era un problema.

Everything was good except for the towels, so terrible that I had to buy some, stained and towels look extremely old

Hotel a las afueras de Celaya, muy limpio, Habitaciones amplias y cómodas, el desayuno buffet muy completo y rico. El personal muy amable y en la mejor disposición para ayudar La alberca es pequeña pero el q sea techada le da un plus, pues pudimos usarla aun con lluvias y viento. Ubicación estratégica junto al centro comercial, encuentras bancos, cines y tiendas de ropa y más!

The rooms are nice and spacious but they definitely need to do a deep carpet cleaning. You walk barefoot and you end up with nasty black feet. They should get new TOWELS ASAP, they’re old and worn out. Cleanning lady (Mary) was very helpful and friendly. Location is great and I love that it’s inside a plaza. I felt pretty safe.

The blankets and sheets were dirty. I asked the lady at the reception if they could change them and she said that it was not possible because the housekeeper had already left.

Casa Inn es una buena opción en Celaya. Se encuentra dentro de la propiedad del centro comercial por lo que se siente muy seguro. La atención del personal es excelente, se preocupan por hacer sentir a los huespedes en casa.

It was really nice staying in this hotel, very clean, very convenient for shopping & dinning and the staffs are really accommodating. Also their breakfast is really good. They allowed me to extend my stay for another hour. I totally recommend this hotel and I will surely stay here on my next visit. THANK YOU HOTEL CASA INN GALERIAS.
