Check in staff was not friendly and helpful, didn't bother about customer. No iron provided even after customer request. Room provided was not the room which we bought which is queen size bed, instead we got twin single, under bed was so dirty!! With lots of rubbish, bathroom sink also dirty -bad service by hotel, electric plug cannot use at all. Not recommended at all for other people.

Very bad hotel. Old building. Aircond leaking on my bed. Aircond not cool. TV no channel. Bedsheets, pillow case dirty and got hair on the floor and bed. Waste my money. Not recommended.

Overall very bad service more trouble stay here. The room also not well maintenance. We have to change 3 times at night time. keep us waiting outside room before get new room.

For activities in Johor Bahru, like to Legoland and others, stay at JB City Hotel will be very helpful. By public transport can be from Larkin to JB City Hotel. Also can proceed to other destinations. I highly recommend. In addition the price is very reach. The facilities are nice and complete

Just ok for transit 1 night. Bath soap and hair shampoo is available. Old TV. Not recommend for long stay

Still images do not match reality, the rooms were dirty, we did not even sleep there and immediately checked out after seeing the room.

A nice hotel in terms of cleanliness and comfort, yet away from the crowd and not disedikan breakfast.
