Friendly staff, no deposit upon check-in - only RM 10 tax per night, there is a Catholic church right in front of/across the hotel, 5-10 minutes walk to Padungan Street (lots of food courts)

Was very great, cuma mahu bagitahu. Bantal kecik sangat dan tidak sesuai. Perlukan bantal yang extra besar supaya selesa tidur dlam hotel yang cantik dan selesa ini. Breakfast was good and healthy. Will repeat and hope the bantal will update with new style. Thank you for good service 👍🏽

Great hotel, bersih, selesa, service baik, dan ada parking. Breakfast pun sedap. Sangat recommended sebab dekat area bandar, nak kemana-mana pun dekat boleh nak Grab

This hotel need refurbished (carpet looks dirty and stained). Staffs need to stay alert to replenish once buffet breakfast is depleted. Otherwise overall satisfactory stay for that price paid.

This hotel is quite affordable with good quality. Very strategically close enough to Jl. Padungan and Cat statue Jl. Mixed. Close to Petronas and Shell gas stations, which have minimarkets. Very Muslim friendly for those who want to stay around Jl. Padungan and waterfront but don't want to smell the thick smell of pork cooking.

Nice and warm hotel. The location is also great. The breakfast is delicious, but the menu needs to be changed. Mainly there are omelettes.

Suitable for family holidays but need to improve the food.

less comfortable ... the room is narrower than the other hotels in kch at the same rate ... a bit choppy at c.out time

Hotel car park was full, unable to cope with over night event Breakfast staff seem demoralised. Salt and pepper dispensers were all clogged and cannot be used. This would also mean that the dispensers have not been replenished - so how old is the stuff in the bottle? Breakfast options for vegetarians not there.

The carpet in the hallway smell like a moist carpet. it's smelly. And the front desk staff give me a wrong room card, so I have to get back down to tell her and her reaction is not nice to me. it's like I tell her a lie. and she doesn't tell her apology. it's not about what I demand. but this never happen to me when I stayed in other hotel. it's not that hard to be nice.

Comfortable place, service is okay. Only the noise is too loud at 8-9am, so maybe the maintenance maintainer is sounding whatever it may be.

Value for price. Good location as near to the Town Center.
