Reception staff lovely

The stay was very pleasant, the room very comfortable and clean, with a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The services are also good; it's highly recommended.

Amazing breakfast!

The bed was a little bit to hard.

Väldigt bra bemötande av personalen. Trevligt rum med dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa åtskilt från varandra, kändes som två rum. Var väldigt varmt på rummet, en ac eller fläkt hade varit skönt. Stor, fri parkering samt en god frukost med ett brett utbud. Jag och dottern var helnöjda!

Free evening meal and close to Railway Station, which was a priority for me.

Otroligt dålig frukostpåse sen var det fest hela natten på hotellet så kunde sova ca 2 h.

Fanns ingen personal på plats när man skulle checka in. Öppettiderna bestämde inte överens med vad står på hemsidan eller vid disken. Rummet hade stora fläckar på golvet, fanns ingen tvål/duschkräm heller. Luktade illa på toaletten.

I love the elaborate breakfast, it was very good. Reception was very friendly and helpful. The sauna and massage chair was nice addition. I like that it’s walking distance to the restaurants.

Surprised to find free hot food offered in the evening. Staff friendly & helped with train booking - very nice people. Hotel is not flash but room was partitioned & good value.

A small friendly hotel located by the train station and about 5-10 minutes walk from the buses (bus number 30 from Lulea takes about 45 mins and they run every hour, there is a bus number 28 but this takes a bit longer). Basic but perfectly good breakfast of fruit, yoghurt, cereal, toast, bread, eggs, ham and cheese. There are no facilities in the room to make a drink but you can use the facilities in the dining room at any time for drinks, biscuits and fruit. All staff were very helpful especially Josephine. There is a very basic evening meal Monday to Thursday and on arrival we were very grateful for this. There is also a massage chair and sauna on the third floor. I was travelling with a friend and the twin room was perfect for us as there was a double bed and a double sofa bed with a partitian wall between so it also gave a little extra privacy. The walk into town takes about 10 minutes.
