the bathroom in the room needs more cleaning.

I book for 2 bed with 3 person, they give 1 bed. Go in the room find out. One bed disappointment. Go back downstairs, they said over book Insisted., mention forgot tell me.i am hot happy. After 10 minutes later check computer said other book the same rm as me. He reserved for the but i came first. Finally he charged back to my room. I been with hotel.com and expedia.com for many year. I am not expecting this kind of situation.i highly rate theses websites. The room is clean, july 4th hotel packed with people, breakfast no room to seat. Fook is ok, most of the food are dry. Coffee at the lobby no sticks to mixed. Ask receptionist she been buzy with her data entry, don’t wanted to be bother.after check out told be expedia will send me receipts.this very odd.no customer at the lobby. When i check in they asked for my cc ran, but not give receipts.i service could be step up a bite.hotel closer to Safeway, food , pho restaurant.

Clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Staff worked hard to keep up with crowd.

I had 2 rooms for my family an everytime my toddler would walk across the room the down stairs peolke woukd comep

Two night stay with family. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great and walking distance to the casino.

It’s dirty, family members were in another room and they had cockroaches

Rooms could use some updating but they were very clean. An elevator would of been nice.

It was near the casino was a big plus

Nice, clean rooms. The breakfast was good, and the kids loved the pool being open so late!

The fridge in our room did not work. Maintenance came and drained water and said to wait an hour for it to get cold. Waited 2 hours and still not cold. Went to front desk and she grabbed another fridge from an "out of order" room. We waited and this fridge did not get cold either. Later in the evening went to the front desk to get another ice bucket to keep food and drinks cold because the 2nd fridge did not work and front desk worker stated they did not have extra ice buckets, but could give me a plastic bag. Dissappointing they could not accomodate.

Easy check in, friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Great hot tub. Nice breakfast.

Everything is just what I expected. Clean room, clean and comfortable bed, good breakfast and a friendly staff.
