the staff is okay, but the inn is like a haunted house, the bedroom is full of dirt, the bathroom water is small, there are lots of cockroaches, there are dead lizards in the refrigerator, the road to the villa is slippery The AC is not an AC but a fan and it's not cold, there are lots of rooms, it's just a bit scary because the 2nd floor is very fragile. what kind of villa did you order, it was changed without confirmation. I don't really recommend it, sorry 🙏

+ breakfast fried rice, fried banana, tea & syrup delivered to the room, tastes good 👍🏻 + friendly staff + there is hot water for bathing + towels, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, mineral water provided in the room - the building is old, afraid of collapsing when stepping on the wood in the TV room area - the room door handle is broken - the AC is not cold - the wifi signal is weak - the back of the TV is dirty, the bathroom wall above it is dirty

The room and villa is very so so not like in photo in apps. No AC, no heat water and no wifi and building is too old

The room we booked was not suitable because it was under renovation, the building was rickety, it smelled musty, it was really scary at night, the water was small and the hot water was impossible. But the staff were friendly and helpful.

We did not stay because it was not fit for anyone to sleep old dirty and broken

Very enjoyable, and a good place for a family vacation.

Some properties need to be upgraded because they are starting to get damaged. The others are ok and solid.

The hotel is in bad condition, the villa is not maintained, there is no water for bathing until you get to the office lobby, the TV is just a display and can't be turned on.

It's old and not well maintained, the lights are not bright enough, the water is low, some of the ACs are not filled with freon.

There was a mouse in the room running back and forth.

I thinkn app should be checking the property before sale at app.

Tempat nya nyaman, vibes nya bagus, fasilitas nya lengkap, pelayanan nya juga ramah, pokoknya cocok buat kumpul bersama keluarga.

Bangunan sudah mulai tua, tidak seperti di photo. Lantai kayu ada yang bolong dan lapuk

Vila lama tidak terurus not recommended.

Saya pesan langsung 3 malam, hanya bisa ditiduri 2 malam itu karena terpaksa dan tidak bisa rifund …. Bau tikus kasurnya dan bocor dimana-mana maaf ya tapi jujur 🙏.

Villa cukup jauh dari jalan utama, masuk komplek villa terlihat area yang tifak terurus, rumput liat, banyak lumut. Resepsionis hanya sendiri, ketika mau check in baru dibersihkan ruangan dengan alasan baru ada yang check out. Lokasi villa berundak dan tangga yang kecil, banyak lumut serta pegangan besi yang sudah karatan. Ketika masuk ruangan memang seperti koment yang lain, memang bangunan tua yang tidak terawat, dinding dan lantai dari kayu yang sudah lapuk, banyak yang bolong dan sudah rapuh, sofa yang sudah tipis tidak empuk lagi busanya, dibagian bawahnya banyak remah-remah kotoran sisa makanan. Ketika malam dari sekian banyak kamar ternyata hanya kami yang minap, sehingga agak WORRY juga. Ac 2 kamar hanya 1 yang bisa dipakai, minta tolong dengan yang jaga untuk xtra bed tadinya mau dicharge, cuman saya bilang kan AC-nya yang rusak akhirnya dapta extra bed dijejalin dalam 1kamar untuk kami ber 5. Water heater berfungsi dengan baik, springbed yang sudah Tua dan berbau apek, tidak ada alat madak, ada kulkas dan pemanas air. Makan pagi dah 4piring nasi goreng dan gorengan yang cukup enak serta juice dan teh manis. Semoga ke depannya bisa dipugar dan direnovasi menjadi lebih baik. Usul sebaiknya untuk harga jangan seperti villa normal, mungkin bisa separoh harga agar banyak yang berkunjung.

Ini hotel banyak kurangnya, tadinya saya mau kasih rating bintang 1. Tapi karena pelayanannya bagus saya tambahin satu. Detailingnya kurang: lantai agak keropos, saran saya diperbaiki lantai yang keropos bisa pake dempul kayu sama pelitur biar ga di makan rayap, pas malam banyak laron capek bersihinnya pas malam malam. Fasilitas tambahan ketolong wifi sama water heater saja cuma yang saya kira itu kolam renang kok malah jadi empang. Air terjun di bawah seperti tidak terawat. Agak banyak lalat sebelahnya, ini resort sepertinya kurang di mentenence, teruntuk pemilik tolong ini resort dibagusin lagi, kalau misalnya dirapihin sedikit aja saya yakin banyak orang kesini.
