We loved our stay! The view of ocean from our private balcony was breath taking. Our flight ended being changed last minute so we got into Panama City Beach 4 hours early. The staff allowed us to check in early! The pools and hot tub were clean and very enjoyable. Thank you so much!

This was our second time. It was very good stay.

The remote control for the TV did not work. We took it to the front desk for a new battery. He said that he would have to have maintenance look at it. He never showed up. There was a massive storm with tornado alarms going off so we wanted to see the weather channel...to see if it was for the hotel area or back home's area.

On the beach location with off street parking. Clean, updated room with balcony overlooking the water.

Family owned and run, right on the beach.

The staff was amazing they never once had an attitude and how clean it was.

Beautiful view from every room. Literally walk out the parking lot to the beach. Rooms are older, but clean with modern amenities. Full size refrigerator and freezer and a great kitchen with all the utensils you will need. Staff was very helpful. Close to shopping and Pier Point Park (you can walk to many shops and restaurants). The only downside to this place is the parking. If you have a smaller car, its not a problem,but if you have a full size truck you will be parking across the street. Not a big deal though. Would highly recommend this place to stay!

Everything was cool but when we used the hot tub, the chlorine in the hot tub was just so over powered, my insides were feeling it till next morning

I traveled with my wife, 9 year old son, and 17 year old daughter. We had a full apartment. We had an amazing time at Osprey! The staff were all wonderful, the guests were all extremely friendly! The view from the room and balcony was a 1 million dollar view!! Absolutely amazing!! The beach in front of the hotel was never crowded and the water was warm and crystal clear! Less than a 5 min walk to pier park and the pier. Tons of parking. We had an absolutely amazing time and I will definitely stay here again! The only thing that could be improved is the king size Murphy bed. The mattress could be a little more comfortable. But I honestly feel bad complaining about it as everything else was amazing!

Been here several times over the years and really felt like it had went downhill a bit. To be honest it was disheartening. Also one of the beds in room 202 the one closest to the door is all kinds of broke down!!! Loved this place in the past this time it made me sad.

The super friendly staff at the front desk as well as the housekeeper, so nice and helpful. Everything was reasonably priced, didn't feel like anything was overpriced even though everything seemed great quality. We got the exact room we booked, it was perfect. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

We like the location, our room view. We was escaping from the hurricane in St.Petersburg, they didn't give to our room one bottle water as a complimentary.
