The water heater wasn't working (it couldn't be repaired, so they changed rooms). The parking was good; there's a parking lot in front and on the side with space for 15 cars. It was safe.

The room was good, close to Big C, easy to find food, and convenient for transportation as it's near the Yellow Line MRT.

Very impressed with this hotel. I have stayed at many hotels in Ramkhamhaeng area and none of them I would want to repeat. However, I would like to stay at this hotel again. In terms of the room, cleanliness, maintenance, replenishing the room, and changing towels, I am very impressed.

The room at this price is considered ok. It is near the mall, just cross the street and you are in the mall. There is a 7-Eleven downstairs. The disadvantage is that the room is not soundproof. The air conditioner is cold. There is a sofa in the room, a dining table, and slippers in the room.

The air conditioner at night is very hot and not cool. The room door is not very good. The bathroom door is not very good. The TV is on and off. The toilet has stains.
