Good for familly good pool

Great place. There is every facilty for enjoyment you could think of including a warm swimming pool we used in late october, those big korean massage chairs, and lots for kids to do. The staff were all very friendly and super polite.

We had a lovely time at Famille Spa Resort. The check-in process was easy and so was check-out. The room was clean and just the right size for our family of 3. We enjoyed the pool, especially our daughter. The big tub in the family room was a plus! The electric kettle and fridge with utensils make it easy to have a simple meal in our room. The light of the air conditioner was too bright to sleep so we turned off the AC, but the room felt a little hot. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We would love to come back again for another stay!

It was a good location for a family vacation. My daughter loved it, the facility is kids freely and made for kids. Was not impressed by lobby location, it was too messy and not easily identifiable.

We loved our stay. The room was clean and the staff were very nice and accommodating. We chose the girl room and my daughter loved the toys that were available. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel most Suitable for Family w Small Children. Nothing nearby, there is no Spa in the Hotel, just a Jacuzzi in the Room. Breakfast very Simple, just a Simple Set Breakfast.

This was a wonderful place to stay with our kids. The staff were friendly, rooms were great and all of the extra kids toys kept our kids entertained so the parents could relax!

Resort is rather run down although interior decor is very homely and comfy. Room is a good size with very basic amenities. Staff is very helpful and friendly. However,location is too remote and not within walking distance to Seogwipo town or eating places. Transportation is needed to head out anywhere.

Close to town but nice and quiet. Helpful and friendly staff. Simple but delicious Korean Style breakfast. Room is spacious and clean. Overall a great experience! (their phone number is not recognised by GPS, remember to ask the car rental staff to enter the address for you)

The hotel was nice and clean. It's not in a busy area, which is what we wanted. Nice and quiet. It's like half a mile from the ocean. And there is a bike path there that is really nice. There is a black pork belly down the street (going South) which is really good. Breakfast was okay. Not super fancy, just porridge and a sandwich. There is toast, cereal, coffee, milk, and oj. The only thing I wished was for the bed to be a little more comfortable. My back was aching after my last night here, but I did do hiking the whole time.

Everything was really nice, clean, and modern. The beds were comfortable and there were dishes included in the kitchen area and bottled water provided by the front desk. Breakfast was great! Buffet-style basics (toast, cereals, juice, coffee, fruit) and the plate of the day, with sandwhich, salad, and porridge, made to order. The outdoor pool was closed for the winter, but there was a large jetted tub in the room. Somewhat isolated, bus #5 out front gets to Seogwipo in ~15mins. Across the street and down the road, the #600 goes to Jeju (~1hr) at the stop labelled with #600 Airport. You can walk right down the road ~5 mins and then turn left at the main intersection to go up the hill to World Cup Stadium (~10 mins), where there is also an Emart department/grocery store and a major bus stop.

Really good hotel. Beds and pillows very comfortable . Nice Jacuzzi. Very clean and quiet. No microwave in the rooms. Staff does not speak English. Breakfast was extrange. Abalone rice porridge and egg salad sandwich. Close to Emart and McDonalds. The hotel wss surrounded by tangerine farms.

노후화된 시설, 방 리조트임에도 방에서 음식 요리 (고기, 생선) 제한. 부엌 환풍기 없어서.. 식기 부족, 후라이 팬, 남비 방에 없고 로비 데스크에서 빌려 올라와야 전자렌지도 로비 1층 공용 야외 수영장 있으나 물 갈이 언제 하는지? 청결 불확신.

가족 여행 중에 하루 머물렀습니다. 세월의 흔적이 있고, 복도 등 청결하지는 않습니다만 방도 크고, 사장님도 좋으시고, 하루 머물기에 부족함 없습니다.

This is a nice place to go with children. This place has a nice garden/park area and a pool for kids to play. There are various play items in the park. However, some of those are broken and not functioning now. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette. That was also convenient. Overall it is a good place.

프론트에서 직원이 상당히 업무적이고 딱딱한 말투로 살짝 기분이 나빴고 수영장이 너무 작고 물이 너무 더러웠음. 물놀이한 아이들의 옷을 말리는 건조대가 방마다 있는 것이 아니라 새탁실에 몇개 비치해 놓고 늦으면 사용못함. 그사실을 몰라 아이들 수영복 말리려고 직원에게 문의했더니 늦으면 당연히 못사용한는 식으로 기분나쁘게 말해서 어이가 없었음. 시설은 그냥 그렇다쳐도 프론트에서 손님을 대하는 직원이 너무 불친절해서 이틀전에 숙박한 곳과 너무 비교되서 숙박하기 싫었음
