Good place and people

Our family had an amazing stay at the Towneplace Suites in Belleville! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool and hot tub—our kids absolutely loved splashing around, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. The area was clean, well-maintained, and never felt overcrowded. Breakfast each morning was a wonderful start to the day, with plenty of delicious options to satisfy everyone in the family. The variety and quality exceeded our expectations, and we appreciated the fresh, hot selections. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family to relax. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will absolutely be returning for another stay. Highly recommend this hotel for families looking for comfort, great amenities, and outstanding service!

We stayed while in town for hockey and the staff were absolutely amazing! went above and beyond to help and accommodate in any way they could! rooms were so spacious and spotless! We have stayed in MANY different places over the year for hockey and this was by far the best one we’ve ever stayed at. 12/10 review from us!

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Was in the area for business and the hotel was perfectly located, and the room offered exactly what i needed.

Excellent quality, clean, no surprises. Breakfast surprisingly thorough compared to typical continental breakfasts elsewhere. Shopping or restaurants are a decent drive though, not walkable

I appreciated the property being pet friendly for my stay. The room was clean, accessible, and well-stocked for a short stay. The breakfast had good options for a continental breakfast. The coffee was great.
