Easy access because it's right in the center of the city. The room is clean and comfortable. bathroom needs a curtain or maybe a glass door to avoid leaks of water. amenities such as toothbrush and shower cap need more attention. But overall we really enjoy our stay at Amaris Pancoran.

The staff was friendly. However, there was a problem with the sink lid; it was a bit difficult to open, causing water to pool. I called the receptionist several times but they didn't answer. I finally went down to the lobby to report it. Everything else was fine.

the lights are a bit dim, not bright enough to use in front of the table. only one sandal and toothbrush are provided. the sink faucet doesn't come out with regular water. so only use hot water for the sink.
