We really enjoyed our stay the Hotel le Catalan. It is a beautiful hotel up on a hill with magnificent views of the lovely town and sea. The front desk employee Valerie was delightful and very helpful. She was very patient with my high school level French so I got to practice it. The rooms with sea views are spectacular. The restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast. It's also a 15 minute walk down some small streets and stairs to the beautiful town center. All in all a delightful stay.

The rooms have been newly remodeled and in good condition. However, the internet was not working and the water was just lightly warm, not hot.

Very helpful staff. Food was excellant

It was a last minute booking after the border was closed due to forest fire's. We arrived at the hotel worn out after after a long trip complicated by rail strikes. The rail replacement bus dropped us in a small town with no explanation about the border into Spain being closed. Locals helped us with a taxi firm number and the driver recommended we book a room here. We were greeted by friendly staff who advised us dinner ended in 30 minutes. We were not expecting much after a very long day of travelling. The evening made up for the disruption to our plans. The dinner was one of the best we have ever had. The wine was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. If we are ever in this region again we will stay at this hotel.

Clean and renovated room. Freshly painted but the paint smell was overbearing that we had to Ione the window and patio door during the night as we couldn’t breath. The staff were excellent (everyone we spoke to were really awesome). Breakfast in the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean is hard to beat!

Très bel accueil. Lieu bien placé avec une belle vue de la chambre. Le restaurant est formidable. Copieux et fin. Le service à table est parfait

Personnel sérieux et agréable

Les equipements datent des années 90, et certaines finitions de restauration dans les chambres sont catastrophiques ! Les radiateurs sont là mais éteint puisque climatisation réversible. Problème d’humidité également.

2 nuit en demi pension, chambre propre, personnels au top, le dîner été très bon

Tout est parfait, rien à redire. Très bel établissement propice à la détente
