Good hotel facility. They have a microwave and vending machine on every floor, and a coin washing machine on the 2nd floor with a 500 yen cost. Easy to reach Shin-Osaka Station and Metro.

Location is good, and luggages friendly from Shin-Osaka station. Lots of food houses around, cheap yet satisfying. Buffet breakfast is available (JPY 1,500/pack), it’s good if you have time to enjoy it.

Beside the staffs us gentle, the room is small & kinda old, dusty. We have to go on another trip & pick another schedule/hotel for stay over nights. Because we check in real late so can not cancel that day...

The hotel staff is friendly and clear in explaining. The bedroom and bathroom are very clean. Amenities are very complete, can get pajamas, even shoe cleaners. Strategic location close to Shin Osaka station and also close to Family Mart and Sevel. Overall it is very okay to stay here and highly recommended.

The hotel was super clean and the staff was very nice. However, the restroom was a little bit small and it was hard for one person to move around, so it could easily get the floor wet. But yes, still highly recommend a budget-friendly room with full facilities and even free samples of cleansing oil, cleanser, and different types of utilities that were provided next to the reception bar.

My room is small and smelly. Maybe the previous guest smoked and the carpet smelled. It made the room smell really bad.

Location is OK, really close to Shin Osaka station. Room is clean but a bit old. Overall is OK staying here for 2 nights.

Like most hotels in Japan, the rooms are small, so those who bring a lot of large suitcases may find it a bit difficult. The hotel is located near jr shin-Osaka Station, and there are many places to eat around the hotel. For those who need to do laundry, there is also a 24-hour coin-operated laundry facility.

The hotel staff is friendly and the facilities are very good.

The location is not too far from Shin Osaka Station, also close to the metro station (towards Yodogawa River)… the hotel location is on the side of the road, easy to find, and there are many places to eat and family mart/lawson nearby. If I go to Osaka, I will come back to stay here again.

The main consideration in choosing the msytays shin osaka hotel is because it is very close to shin osaka station, which is the center of shinkansen arrivals and departures and the local train hub. Walking from the station to the hotel is less than 5 minutes. In addition, it is also close to the subway station. Although arriving before check-in time, it turned out that you could check in early. In addition, there are lots of convenience stores around, starting from sevel, famima and lawson. Less than 500 meters behind the hotel, there is a Yamato service. The hotel amenities are top notch, starting from lotion for fash wash and facial oil (DHC product), take as much as you like in the lobby. Children are also given a free amenities package. The only drawback is the size of the toilet which is standard Japanese hotel style. But it doesn't matter, because the whole day is walking around Osaka, and only coming back at night. So the activities in the bathroom are only for bathing and pupita.

The room is small but quite cheap for a big city. Very close to the stadium, but the maps are not clear.

I really like this place 😍 the room facilities are super complete, there is a television, mini fridge, air conditioner, heater, hair dryer, water heater, there is tea in sachet packaging & the bathroom is also complete with a bathtub with cold water and hot water and shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, toothpaste and toothbrush, small towels & large towels and pajamas are also available, it really makes me comfortable with this room, the reception staff are friendly even though there is one of the reception staff who makes me feel like I am being compared to other guests 😩 even though I stayed at this hotel for two days, not just one day.
