Firstly this hotel is not worthy of even 1 star. the swimming pool is disgusting because it has algae on its side of the pool and it causes the water to look like it's green even on the inside. Then the bedsheet is stained. Lastly the food is terrible. Breakfast don't even have Milo serve if we want we need to pay 8RM for a glass of it. Option are so limited for breakfast. Order in room dining but the fish and chip is a waste of money. The fish is so smelly and taste like longkang because it is not clean and wash properly before cooking and the hot Milo I ordered together with it was so sweet it can cause me to be diabetic! Hotel definitely need to step up on maintenance because the shower head is also rusting and having mold on them so disgusting. Carpet not clean properly there's M&M on the side corner of the bed floor carpet. Staff were respectful on the other hand.

This hotel is a great choice if you go to Langkawi..because of its strategic location..close to Kuah Town.. Comfortable rooms..very helpful staff..breakfast is also great.

The facility in the room so far is so good, but the breakfast food is not much variant and late to reload sometimes. The worker is sometimes not friendly. Should be more friendly to everyone without seeing their purpose or their nationality. And one thing that I don't like from this hotel, this hotel very far from the attraction area.

The room is spacious, comfortable & very clean. Very helpful and customer friendly staff. I am very satisfied.

Stafnya sangat friendly, swimming poolnya bagus. Ada yang khas untuk wanita. Lokasinya juga sesuai, berdekatan dengan pekan kuah, senang untuk pegi shopping. View dari hotel pun cantik terutama dari tingkat 9 yang saya menginap. Makanannya pun oke breakfast.

Good room with affordable price! It is just my sea view is blocked by the hotel building structure.

My favourite hotel at langkawi. The stall in front hotel was very good. So delicous.

Great hotel. The air conditioner was not working but the maintenance was fast to fix the issue. The only bad thing is the band busking during the night-not very pleasant sleeping experience when you can hear singing when you are trying to close your eyes.

No Toothbrush & toothpaste provided; Towels were smelly. Requested for a new ones but one of the towels was torn. My home towels are even better than the hotel ' s; FYI, the hotel doesn't provide tissue. It is only provided upon request according to the receptionist (sigh~); No room slippers & tea too. The only drink that the hotel provided was coffee and plain water (no kidding); Breakfast worth RM25 per pax was not worth it. FYI, egg station was closed during my stay there. Only 1 type of fruit was being served-watermelon in yellow & red colours. Malaysia if known for its tropical fruits, can't they serve more? Ayam sambal-I could taste the chicken isn't fresh. As for the rest of the food, there was bread, butter & jam, roti canai (too dry); Nasi lemak, etc.

The towel room very bad smell. I booked for two room all towel are smelly. Hotel need to change to new towel.

Very comfortable, friendly staff & clean hotel.

Came as couple but got twin bed. The only room they got @ high floor as per my request during booking. Drinking water are refillable with coway at each floor but they did not give clear instruction to guest where the coway is. It was hidden nearby service lift. Bunch of trainee at front desk and f&b but they try their best to serve you politely. Not sure how many permanent staff they got. Breakfast so so. They got separate pool for female guest in case you want privacy. Overall satisfied with the stay.

Well I've had bad experience staying in this hotel. As summary. Room: 8/10. Food: 7/10. Customer service: 1/10. Lobby/receptionist: 1/10. Kitchen staff: 1/10. The hotel hired mostly bunch of kids and they did not train their staff with proper customer service especially receptionist. During check-in process there were no customers around and most of the receptionist pretending to be busy or occupied with their computer. Then, there was no proper explanation from receptionist staff about breakfast, where the restaurant located, what facility that the hotel has etc plus, no smiling face and unfriendly receptionist. I wanted to give credit to the bell boy who explained about the swimming pool timing which this task should be explained by the receptionist staff. On 2nd day I went to try their lunch set at the restaurant and ordered just a simple fried rice. The restaurant was not quite busy. But my god I've waited for my simple fried rice to be cooked nearly 1 hour and plus they forgot to include the fried egg in my fried rice and no apologized was given by the kitchen staff. Advise to the management please train your staff about customer service as your business is in service industry and not product industry. Although your hotel building is quite impressive but internal service is like 2 star hotel.
