I didn't stay there. I mistakenly booked on the wrong day and immediately contacted hotels.com. it was too late for a refund after less than an hour after i booked.

Facility wasn’t equipped with a spa hot tub that many travelers use after a day of exploring the area. Older travelers like to watch tv but had limited channels

I was told by the hotel that I didn’t have a reservation then was charged for the room when I didn’t check in.. Management was supposed to call me Monday and have not reached out. Expedia is also not responding to my messages to rectify the issue. The Hotel and Expedia are not responding to my calls/messages

The rooms were a bit outdated and the sheets were dirty. My husband found blood stains on his pillow and my son didn't like how pilly the sheets felt. There was no water to the toilet, which my husband had to turn on in order to flush it properly. The area was so so, but there were people running up and down the hallway, which kept my husband up throughout the night.

The room Was nice.Spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful.No matter if it was the auditor or the Maid staff. Only issues I found was lack of ice machines working.

Walls are paper thin. We could hear every word the people in the next room said.

No soap in our room. Ice machine only on the 1st floor. One of the elevators was broken, the other was very slow. Staff was nice, but systems were down when we arrived, so check-in too forever! Clean room.

The staff was very nice and the room was good.my only complaint is the Breakfast was horrible!!! We were there on a Sunday and Monday morning

When turning on the water in the tub the lever would not stay to position unless you switch the shower on. If taking a bath it would have been very hot because you couldn’t control the handle. It kept slipping down towards hottest position. The shower was more controlable. Room was spacious and clean.

The hotel was average. The rooms were a little updated.

Place was nice but some staff was unfortunately not liking their job to stock breakfast during rush of the day everything empty while the staff looked at it and walked away. Not caring if it was filled back up or not. If you want breakfast got to go early so you can eat.

Doors want open and close because of bad installation or wore out! They change you 15 $ extra person fee for kids. Wouldn't recommend you stay here lots of noise and people roaming around.

Very nice property. Clean and comfortable and in a good location. Reasonable rates and super-nice staff
