The receptionist could not speak English and could not explain the front side of the hotel facing which direction when I was trying to understand the city map. When the receptionist explained the map incorrectly, he said that the map was wrong, so I had no interest in asking further: the hotel and its rooms were old-fashioned, the windows were faded because they were dirty. On the first day, the bed sheet appeared to have hair, because it was late, I chose to sleep on a bed cover. Day 2, around 3 pm, my room had not been cleaned because the housekerper cleaned the guest rooms that had just checked out. Even though there were no new guests who seemed to be waiting for check-in. I was asked to wait until the housekeeper finished cleaning the other room. I waited in the room, the housekeeper still did not come. I called the receptionist, the phone was broken, so I went to the lobby to ask this. I insisted on having my room cleaned first. After I asked for the bed linen to be changed, the receptionist then told the housekeeper to also change the bed sheet. I see a face towel that has the same orange patches as face towels on Day 1, but I'm already lazy to ask for a change. Non-smoking rooms are on the non-smoking floor but there are cigarette butts at the elevator depot so guests smoke in the corridor.
