Everything was great. The location was very strategic. The food was varied, and comfort was guaranteed. The amenities were complete, with hot water available, but the air conditioning in the room couldn't be adjusted. The room was equipped with a smart TV.

Good, everything is comfortable. There's a swimming pool, although small, but it's quite good, hehe.

The room was dirty, the bathroom walls were damp, and the ceiling was covered in moss. We only lasted two hours and then moved to another hotel.

Check in was fast, the service was friendly, but the stair lift was broken, so fortunately we only had to take the stairs to the 2nd floor. The room had no windows even though there was a smoking room with an exhaust fan. The back door for parking access was also closed, which was a shame, even though the Pasar Baru area was not very busy on the streets, it was not an area for photo spots.

It's not bad, but please check the bed. The one I used was rickety and uncomfortable.

The breakfast was delicious. Sorry, but when I was about to check in, the smell of cigarettes suddenly hit my room. It was so suffocating all day, making it uncomfortable. I complained and even asked for another room, but they told me all the rooms were smoking-friendly, which was a bit disappointing.

I have to give an honest review for hotel management improvement. 1. The parking area is next to the outdoor area, so it's a hassle for those bringing a lot of luggage because the parking lot and lobby are far apart, not ideal, and it's still covered in sand or dirt. 2. The mattress is uncomfortable, looks very old, the sheets are worn out, and the pillows are not comfortable because the color is faded. 3. For those of you who bring babies, I don't recommend staying at this hotel. I happened to bring an 8-month-old baby and a 4-year-old child, and the lighting in the room was really uncomfortable, dark and dim. The window curtains were full of dust and dirt. 4. The tables and chairs were worn out, and the room didn't smell good. 5. Breakfast was not varied, only fried rice, chicken fritters, and porridge. The only fruit choice was watermelon. I stayed on the 4th floor during a long weekend. Finally, think twice before staying there if the conditions are not improved.

The room was stuffy because it had no windows, the pillows were flat, and the breakfast options were limited. The parking lot was muddy. With the relatively high price tag on the long weekend, it didn't seem worth it.
