I was going to have a 6 hr wait to tranfer to my next location. Instead of waiting at the bus terminal, I decided to book a room here. When i get there, the person tells me their system is down, and they dont have access to it. His best solution was for me to cancel my reservation, which I dont think you can, and pay him again in person. He was blaming everything on me for having my reservation in English. But I is not my fault their sustem was down. I understand the language barrier, but please dont use that as an excuse when the problem was your equipment/system. I got on the phone with Expedia costumer service so they can help. They called the hotel and the guy agreed to give me a room, but he first called his supervisor for over 5 min after he had alteafy agreed with the Expedia agent. This whole thing tool 30-40min and keep in mind I wanted to sleep as much as possible since I only had 6hrs.
