Actually when I checked in the room preparation process took a long time even though it was already 5 pm. Because I wanted a non-smoking room while the available one was a smoking room. Had to wait 1 hour. For the size of the room it was very spacious, the cleanliness of the room was ok. Overall ok, close to the bus stop, around the hotel there are many mini markets.

Service and ambience is very good, all the staff are friendly and very helpful. the check-in process was not complicated, it was enough to just show the e-ticket from the traveloka app and passport, 5 minutes later he was able to enter his room. we are required to make a deposit of 2000 MOP (macau). the location is not really located in the middle of the city, but it can still walk approximately 1km from the city center / shopping center, not so far. and it doesn't even feel the way because many small shops are traversed. in front of the hotel there is a bakery, seven eleven, pharmacy, and money changer. Ohiya, this is very important, there is a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off at the ferry terminal every 30 minutes. and for free. I booked a family room, very nice room, there is a toilet room 1, bathroom 1 (shower + bath tub), TV room, and 2 queen beds in the bedroom, the bedroom is very large. the amenities are also good quality, not modest. I booked a non smoking room, but when I first entered the room, the smell of cigarettes was indeed sticking to his room, like there was a previous guest who did smoke in the room, but a few hours after the air conditioner was turned on, the smell disappeared. overall, satisfying during your stay there, and by booking via traveloka is also very easy in the process of checkin there are no obstacles whatsoever, especially for people who are first to Macau.

Great stay at the Rio Hotel Macau. The room is spacious, 2 large beds can be for 4 people, the bathroom is spacious and luxurious. There are shuttle buses to and from the ferry terminal. So it was a memorable experience for us.

the accommodation is comfy and clean, and rooms is clean. shutter bus provided to outer harbour ferry helps a lot. convenient to many places too. bus stop in front of hotel is good.

The hotel is always pleasant, smells clean, and can be upgraded to family room. The water is really fast. Do not regret staying at this hotel.
