Très bien

Staff are welcoming and very helpful. Very clean hotel. I always stay there.

Overall good, but refreshing is needed, bathroom calking is overdue to change. Comfortable bed and pillows, rebate at the restaurant is great.

Overall it was great. Location was convenient and walking distance from amenities. Hotel is old but nice, well decorated and very clean. My only suggestion would be to have more than 1 person at the front desk especially at 4pm when everyone is checking in and the pillows could use an upgrade.

Had hair in my bed

Our stay was fine but too high of price for this hotel. Very old building, smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by the wires, taps in the jet tub were wobbly and not secured to the tub.

It met my needs The staff are excellent Rooms are nice Bed is ok.

Nice quiet hotel, great restaurant within walking distance

Nice hotel with store, restaurant and other stuff really close by. Breakfast buffet is basic, but there is other breakfast place close to if.

Cant open windows,but has fan with ac. Good foor around and amenities

It is the place to stay if you go to Rouyn-Noranda!

Lots to do around the hotel

Je suis arrivé et la chambre ne correspondait pas à ma demande ou ce que je croyais avoir pris. La propriétaire et le personnel ont été merveilleux, mon remis un chambre supérieur au même prix. Excellent chambre 216-219 grand, un petit 1 1/2. Et j’ai repris pour le mois prochain. Le déjeuné est bien rien de wow mais manque de rien et toute est bon et frais. Machine à café disponible dans la salle à manger en tout temps frais fait et toute les choix. Excellent. Je recommande l’endroit et merci à Steve a la réception qui a été aussi été d’une grande gentillesse.

The bedroom window was completely blocked by a large a/c unit in the case of a fire there would of been no way out for the occupants. The hotel would not accept our CAA or Seniors discount. Would not recommend to anyone.

It was very pleasant. The AC was a bit noisy, but other than that it was enjoyable.
