Dirty crusty toilet. Maybe the dirt stays. So is the sink, amused. Management should take the initiative to change the toilet bowl and sink with a new one. Plug pin also has 1 je to charge the phone. Divide at least 2 pins. Sorry I didn't take the picture, amused.

Receptionist is not customer-friendly, and 2 nights without wifi and are asked to solve their own problems despite repeated complaints. The hotel is less strategic and frightening. Last time you stayed at this hotel. The in-room mineral water is also not clean. Sheets and pillows smelled like hands were not washed. The washcloth was not washed and hung in the closet.

Not a big hotel. Service is rather good but needs to be improved again.
