Good

While it wasn't a hot weekend it would've been nice to have a better fan for the room to help circulate (the one we had was a little rickety and didn't really do much, it was also really dusty. No A/C for the rooms) The window also didn't have a screen on it? So that was a bit weird. I would've loved to have been able to keep the window open all day. Otherwise it was a nice stay, bed was comfortable, layout of the room was cute. Staff was fine. While the restaurant was pricey the food was good and I would eat there again, would skip on the coffee options though.

I really like the spacious grounds and walking path behind the facility. So great for folks with dogs! All staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was also spacious and had a nice large, reading chair, ample counter space and upgraded bathroom. The carpeting in the rooms and hallways definitely need upgrading.

We liked the property, except their was an odor / smell that may have been from allowing pets? Other than that, it was a property with a great location.

The check-in folks were great: personable and funny! This is not a new property, but it's in decent condition and is well-run. The restaurant and bar are good, too: prompt and friendly staff serving good drinks and breakfast.

It was a very old facility and the toilet tank was noisy, flushing every 10 minutes.It was also inconvenient that the restaurant menu in the hotel remained unchanged throughout the day, neither updating in the morning nor at night.

Enjoyed the room and the room was near the exit and was convenient to walk the dog.

Loved being so near the ocean. Property is on the older side, but was a comfortable place to relax.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom with a kitchen (well equipped) and living room (with 2 couches that folded down into beds). The room had its own parking space. The furnishings are modest, but very comfortable. The pool and hot tub area are great. Love the restaurant, ocean views from all around and good food. Nice walking trail right in front of the Adobe. Every time I'm in Oregon, I must stay at the Adobe!

It looked like updates were being made and they were very nice (new floor, and mostly clean). The heater in the bathroom was rusty and the heater in the living area looked very dusty. They both worked though so that was a plus. The bed was comfortable and dinner was absolutely delicious!

Beautiful beach view and extensive walking trail. Rooms very clean, comfortable queen beds, with charming fireplace. Nice in room fridge and microwave. Very close to restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend this stay.

Nice place

Well, when a person pays $200 a night they expect maybe a complementary breakfast up-to-date furnishings like microwave refrigerator both were ancient, in the microwave did not pop my popcorn very well at all..

Our stay had a rocky start. We drove about 5 hours to get to Yachats, and arrived at 4:45pm. We were tired, and looking forward to checking in and decompressing. The staff member at the counter told us our room wasn't ready (check in time I should add is listed everywhere as 4:00pm). She didn't give a lot of information or any sort of apologies, and when we asked when it would be ready, she seemed unsure of how to respond or proceed. Perhaps she was new? After scrambling and asking another employee who seemed equally unsure, she said, "Well I can check you in now, and do everything except give you your keys?" I verified that check in time was 4:00pm, so I pulled a little "Karen" and asked if we got some sort of discount for having to wait. She asked another employee, and they told us no because check in just "starts" at 4:00pm which doesn't make any sense to me, but I dropped it. I really would've at least liked a phone call that our room wouldn't be ready until later; we could have taken a break on the drive down if that were the case. We got dinner in town and our room was ready when we returned. The front desk gave us keys, but neglected to tell us anything else about the property (such as amenities/pool hours/etc) and also did not tell us our room number. We got one of the cabin suites, so we did a 50/50 guess on which one was ours and we were correct :) Running out of room here, but the dishwasher was moldy when we got in. Space was generously sized.

The floor in yhe room was very dirty. The cable tv wasnt working all the time. Wifi Sucked. View was horrible, not of the beach at all!!

The location of the property to the shore, the view of the ocean from the balcony of the room and from the restaurant were my favorite part of staying here. The room was in need of updating and repair, but we slept comfortably. The trail along the water goes for quite a ways and was beautiful and easy to get to. I had the best tasting breakfast of all my vacation at this restaurant and the staff were so engaging. The gym equipment was in great shape and there was much to choose from. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well, but again, saw updates and repairs needed. None the less, I would definitely stay here again.

The room was exyremely hot, the fan filthy, next fan only slightly cleaner. Windows dirty inside and out. No screens on windows. Siding missing outside, Curtains dirty, Restaurant expensive. Beach beautiful.

Dining and ocean views were amazing!!!!
