Great place to stay ! Historic hotel. We got the second floor with balcony , sat in the balcony and felt like a local.awesome experience

Great location with a fun elevator. Very fun & walkable neighbourhood. Reasonably close to all the attractions you want to see. Friendly staff as well!

this is a pleasant, small hotel in a wonderful location, on the border between the third and second arondissmentd. The staff is very helpful, especially Christophe.

Wonderful experience! I've been to Paris numerous times, and I took my three children for their first time, and they had the best experience! We loved our rooms and the decor so fun. The staff was always welcoming and greeted us with a smile! Two enthusiastic thumbs up!!!

We had a great stay! All staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was relatively close to many restaurants, cafes and public transportation. My favorite part were the very adorable dogs that hang out in the lobby. The rooms are small but typical of most hotels. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean and well maintained.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Terrific shower, cold a/c and comfortable bed. They put out a beautiful spread for breakfast with relaxing classical music in the background. The staff was always warm, friendly, and helpful. A very reasonable rate. Highly recommended. We would stay here again when we travel to Paris in the future.

I like the variety of foods for breakfast. It’s accessible to buses and train station. It’s also close to Louvre Museum. There is charge though if you check-in before 4pm.

The staff at the hotel was friendly and made us feel at home. The decorations were so unique, beautiful and gave a charming feeling. The breakfast was really delicious and offered a variety. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Also very close to all the train stations. We were there during the heat wave and the air conditioning provided a much needed relief. The safe made us feel our valuable were well protected ...which it was. The ice machine there was a savior. We had an amazing experience and our stay at the hotel made our vacation memorable... ❤️. We will stay there again, when we return back to france. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The presence of a couple of house dogs gave the Hotel a comfortable, relaxing aura. The proximity to the tourist sites while being in a more local neighborhood allowed us to see real parisians at work and play. It is worth a stay.

The location was convenient and in a great area. Having AC in Paris during the summer is a must, so appreciate that.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay and we appreciated the air conditioning which worked very well! The room was very small, and it would have been good to have some amenities like a fridge, kettle, or a bin in the room (not just the bathroom). the beds were comfy though and we had a nice time!

We stayed at Hotel de Roubaix for two nights after staying in a 4 star hotel on the other side of town, by the Eiffel Tower. This being a 2 star hotel, we were ready for some downgrade but were surprised by some things as well. There is ac in the room but you get a phone call if you try to touch it. A mention to not adjust the thermostat upon checkin would have been preferable to the phone call right after we got to our room. No carpeting in the room helped things stay cool during the heat wave but could be extra chilly if staying during the colder months. In the book left in the room it states no eating in the room which I thought was odd. There was also no fridge in the room so keeping cold drinks was a challenge. The book noted a cold drink machine but we were never able to locate it. There was an ice machine so by the last day of our stay I had a plastic bag of ice hanging in the shower with drinks to keep them cool. The bathroom was quite small and difficult to use because of the size. There was a large industrial toilet paper dispenser that took up a lot of room when using the toilet. Maybe 18” between shower wall and that dispenser. The shower was also very small, 30” square. Even with the shower door closed, water went out to the bathroom floor which was severely angled towards a drain in the middle of the floor which is actively taking water during a shower. The water is soapy so the large smooth tiles on the bathroom become quite the slipping hazard.

Good hotel

Really eclectic hotel. Enjoyed the stay as a solo traveler. Pack lightly though, many stairs and tiny elevator.
