We went for the Juke Joint and it was a perfect location. Clean. Nice rooms. Loved it! No frills, no services, just a nice apartment.

Loved this place. Bubba, our host, could not have been more helpful, even though he was out of town? We needed to change our reservation and he was very accommodating. Check in was seamless. Much easier experience than we have had in other apartment check ins in New York. The apartments themselves are well appointed, clean and comfortable. Bubba made sure we knew what was on in town and gave us suggestions as to restaurants and music venues. Couldn't be happier, although I would have liked to meet Bubba and thank him personally. Next time. I would love to come back.

We checked in via texting - they will text your code. I never did meet the owners but they were very available via telephone or texting. The condo is right across the street from Cat Head and a few blocks down the street from Ground Zero. There was a very nice place to eat one block down and when we arrived a young man was sitting outside in front of Cat Head playing the blues - need I say more?

Excellent location within walking distance to everything we wanted to get to! Right across the street from Cat Head which had live music on the street all weekend. Just down the street from Ground Zero and the blues museum. We will be returning soon!

My husband and I were extremely excited about our stay at this facility. To our surprise, upon arrival we were not able to make contact with the manager. We were left stranded with no where to stay. Luckily, we called another local condo/hotel that was comparable and they were able to accommodate us. The manager called the next morning, left a voice mail explaining what happened. I called her back to explain if they charged us that we would want to be reimbursed and she would "comp" a room the next time we were in town. They charged a $95.00 fee to a facility we didn't use. After contacting the manager on several occasions and have yet to be refunded (I have text and voice mails to substantive everything I've stated). To that end, I am still EXTREMELY DISGRUNTLE with the management staff.
