The room was reasonable and well equipped but the staff went above and beyond to help us. We were there for under unforeseen circumstances and the front desk staff really helped.

Good hotel If you are a family looking for a sort of all inclusive resort

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Buffet breakfast and buffet dinner was amazing with great selection of food and wine and beer included. The inside of the hotel is nicely renovated, rooms are clean and beds super comfortable. Location is great for families with kids due to its close proximity to the beach with many activities for kids - adventure park, trampolines, obstacle course.

The Hotel is named after the Serbian spruce named Picea Omorika Pancic discovered by the Serbian/ Croatian botanist Josif Pancic. My stay in the hotel was splendid. After a busy day in Bribir, we found this beautiful hotel located in a quiet and clean area in Crikvenica, near the Vinodolski canal. You have many amenities in and around the hotel. It has many spacious environments and one thing for sure, after a good night rest you can recharge your energies with a delicious breakfast buffet served in an ample restaurant with a nice view of the canal. You also have free parking.

Fantastic hotel, location on beach within 3 minute walk across street, super nice staff, spectacular view of the Adriatic Sea. Highly recommend getting the half board option, buffet stype with free beer and wine as well, great value!

Location was ok, around 2km away from the city, the beach is near but quite crowded. There is playground, trampolin, few bars and beach restaurants. Lounge is very nice and the terrace view is amazing. Rooms are dated, no coffee kettle or snacks in the minibar (stores are all in the city). Food was very sad, breakfast was everyday same and for 4 star hotel there were not that many choices. We had the same service in 2 star hotel. Discusting thing: they were picking up our finished dishes (while still eating) and sorting them on their trolley where two plastic buckets shining green, were to empty all the remaining food from the plates. You could twist your stomack just looking at the direction of the trolley. It is very nice touch: there is self service vine and beer for the dinner. Overall it is ok.

Das ist nur für kleine Kinder , Erwachsene sind nicht interessiert , alles inklusive ,es hat mir nicht gefallen , es gibt große Einschränkungen , es gibt keinen Kaffee zum Mittagessen

Ich war auf der Durchreise und habe hier eine Nacht übernachtet. Dafür ist das Hotel OK. Urlaub wollte ich hier nicht machen. Das Hotel ist insgesamt ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Mein Zimmer hat wie ein Raucherzimmer gerochen. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption ob mein Zimmer ein Nichtraucherzimmer sei habe ich die Auskunft bekommen, dass alle Zimmer Nichtraucherzimmer sind. Im Zimmer steht aber ein Aschenbecher. Passt irgendwie nicht zusammen.

Snelle en efficiënte check-in. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooie ruime kamer. Alles is zeer net. Het restaurant (buffet) biedt een zeer ruime keuze, zowel 's morgens als 's avonds. Correcte prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. Grote parking maar de plaatsen zijn klein en zelfs buiten het hoogseizoen kan er plaatsgebrek zijn.

Lite monoton frukost och själva middags buffén hade kunnat vara bättre organiserad, men överlag ok. Nära stranden, vilket är ett stort plus! Stor eloge till kyparen Mite som serverade oss drinkar och skratt .

Ovaj hotel mogu preporučiti svima. Počevši od ljubaznosti osoblja preko položaja hotela do čistoće, a na kraju mogu pohvaliti i hranu. Jednostavno jako dobro.
