Great hotel. Wonderful staff. Perfect location.

Our room was very large, one bedroom and big living room with pull out sofa. 1 big full bathroom and a second bathroom with toilet and sink. We also had a terrace. Perfect for myself and two grown children. The breakfast is very good. Beautiful location on Placa Cort, can walk to everything. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

This boutique-style hotel was a surprise. I wasn’t expecting much to my typical standards but the staff and the upkeep and care taken in the hotel was a very nice surprise. Location couldn’t be better as it’s at the old town square and a few short blocks from the cathedral and the Rambla. We would definitely stay here again if we return.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at! I love the staff and the rooms are wonderful. If you like boutique hotels this is your spot. Location is fabulous too!

We had no internet service in our room the first night precipitating a room change. The staff was great. the breakfast array was great and whatever you wanted was included. Floor layout isn't the greatest, but the location is A+ -- right in the middle of the best section of Palma.

This hotel is beautiful and located on a lively square. Breakfast options are good, and you can walk to everything. The waterfront is nearby and there are lots of restaurants and shopping on the square. The only issue is parking and dropping off/picking up luggage. I recommend not renting a car in Palma and making other transportation arrangements.

Hotel Cort was an amazing property. Staff was very helpful and proffesional. Dinner and drinks were great. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect as well. Breakfast was also deliciuos everyday. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Palma.

The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Heating worked well (it was a bit chilly part of my stay). Breakfast was delicious and service was great. Reception staff very friendly

Everything was brilliant with our stay. All the staff are so friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was superb. The room was clean and modern. The hotel felt like part of our holiday rather than just a place to sleep. Location was perfect too!

A perfect 4-night stay. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely rooms, and wonderful location. Cook-to-order breakfast is included and was a highlight! I cannot wait to go back.

Hotel Cort is stunning. The rooms are huge. The restaurant is beautiful with delicious choices. The staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful. And the location is perfect! We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is centrally located & clean, but the room smelled musty & was HOT. Also, there was a TON of noise from outside at 2AM when municipal workers were cleaning the streets, collecting garbage, etc. Miserable sleeping with the heat & trucks, including non-stop beeping when the trucks drove in reverse. And…oh yeah…the church bells go off EVERY 15 min all night long! Too loud outside the hotel!

The hotel was fantastic and all services met with my approval. The staff were all very professional and friendly . The room was very clean and had all the mod cons . I didn’t use the plunge pool on the roof . The hotel is centrally located but not ideal for parking .

A beautiful hotel in an excellent central location. The room was spotless and the staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend and when visit Palma again I will book this hotel again.

Location excellent. Breakfast outstanding, being order to table much better than buffet, you get fresh and hot food. Room disappointing. Decent in size, but dark, dreary and depressing windows look onto a small flat room with white peebles. Being on floor 1 and more floors above, made it impossible to see the sky or determine weather!! Staff friendly and helpful. Rooftop area small, pool would be better heated.

Very difficult parking situation and “pool” is more of a plunge pool, otherwise great location and nice room!
