Kitchenette was very useful to us. Secured entry and exit through phone app which was used to access rooms as well. Nice and clean room. Had a pleasant stay! Shower room is small but cannot do much about it, had to use it without the shower curtain to get more room.

The room was clean but they are quite open about the fact they will not go inside ypur room once, even just to freshen up. This also extends to collecting litter. I was tgere for a week and had to leave my own bags of rubbish out to a public bin. When i asked, they just shrugged their shoulders. The kitchen is unbelievably basic. 2 hobs, one pot, one pan, one cup, plate and minimum cutlery. No basics like salt and pepper, no kitchen knives, wine glass etc no tea towel or dishcloth or anything like that. If you are going to Santander by plane, remember this and if going by car, bring your own basics! While tge place was clean, there was significant wear and tear and the place looked shoddy. Pluses included tge staff, the quietness, the location, comfortable bed and black-out windows. Mixed feelings, it's not a disaster but not brilliant.

Excellently located in the city centre within walking distance to all amenities. Staff at reception very helpful. Room very clean and fan above the bed was great as the room was very warm. Great lighting in the bathroom for doing makeup! There were only a handful of English tv channels however so there was slim pickings but still found things to watch (you need to change the language to English using the remote if required). Great stay all in all.

Was fine, near the pulse of the center and near many places..noisy as they were doing some building work.

Surrounded by shops, small bars, restaurants and within very easy reach of a whole series of local bus lines taking you to the beaches.

Pretty clean, nice location near to restaurants and bakeries and in a quiet street. People at the desk were helpful and friendly.

The accommodation was very good for the price, location was quite central and it had a 24h reception.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, especially considering the reasonable price. My only suggestion would be to provide an iron for guests, which would enhance the overall experience. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to assist.

There was NO air conditioning available in the hotel room. There was NO housecleaning service for three days stay.

Dated decoration and shower room. Lack of kitchen facilities. Good reception staff. Not worth staying here again next time.

This hotel is a complete waste of time, confirned my booking along with hotels.com the emails from the hotel and hotels.com saying that they can't honour the booking and recommend3d another hotel which i booked, then 5 hours later emailed me saying they can honour the booking after i had booked the other hotel, they charged me and will not refund my payment, complete rip off merchants, stay well clear of this hotel shambles

This hotel was perfect good location and very friendly room was a lovely size and bed very comfortable the only thing was the shower was very small if you were bigger than a size 14 you wouldn't fit

Everything was nice. No complaints. It had a comfortable bed.

Very reasonably priced accommodation, comfortable and in a decent location. Friendly helpful staff. The only downside was no sheets changed in a 5 day stay, would have been good to have 1 change.
