Some of the fleece blankets have stain… The rest of the things in the room is clean. It is not a soundproofed hotel so you will hear people above your room and next door. - you will hear them talking / watching tv at 1-2am in the morning. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. The staffs there are really nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is okay. It is worth your payment- just make sure you go downstairs early as some of the food/ drink is not gonna be refilled.

Hotel Staff were always friendly and very helpful. The taxi request process worked well. The telephone system did not work and a wake-up call was requested but unavailable.

Room was adequate but the floors and lighting were bad. The staff were friendly but were not very helpful when it came to finding and arranging transportation (scheduling a taxi to the airport)

It's a hotel. It's clean. Hot water and heating. Nothing fancy but for the price it's acceptable. Nothing bad to say. It's a 3 star hotel with a 2 star decor. Breakfast was fresh and simple.

Just in need of a complete restoration shame because location is good the rooms are spacious just need modernising. The parking underground well that’s a challenge in itself if it’s busy you have to do a 30 point turn to get back out upstairs ground floor level is not much better.

A very comfy, traditional hotel. Excellent breakfast. 2 sturdy doors between room and corridor made the room feel quiet and safe.

Comfy stay, pleasant staff. Good breakfast buffet. Private parking a bonus. The town was nice but sadly the area has a high influx of immigrants that congregate on all streets, making it feel unsafe especially after dark. Lots of tatty junk shops everywhere. Over-ran with kebab takewaways. Hotel receptionist recommended a traditional restaurant which was lovely.

This hotel is very dated looking but also part of its charm, considering where it’s located. It was clean and very quiet - best sleep ever!!

Staff super helpful, hotel pretty old. You can notice some minor renovation started in the corridor, however the room still need to be refurbished. Overall quality/price… did the job. Breakfast was good and a good selection of European style breakfast…
