Very friendly staff and a great area to stay , will stay again

The place it’s beautiful and comfortable but there is an issue with the room rate. Travelocity coated me a lower rate. But the hotel is looking for me to pay a higher rate. I tried to explain that there is an error but according to their records their rate is higher and asking me to pay hotel taxes on top. Not sure why this booking is different than my other bookings made this past 12 days. I can only say that this hotel was not a pre-paid booking. Although I entered my credit card info, I was told that I have to pay at the hotel and this is where the difference is. I am left having to the hotel records and not not my Travelocity booking. Not good Travelocity, please change this policy as it leaves customers vulnerable and room rates upsetting surprises. Thank you

Great location, helpful staff and an overall great experience

This hotel is unique: decor, rooms, people - very nice, a beautiful mixture of French & Persian From the first walk in - the atmosphere is inviting and welcoming. Each room has its own charm. Breakfast buffet small, but has nice variety & a lot of tasty pastries. And again decor & atmosphere- amazing. Lady Olympia made us the best omelet. Then she offered a hydro massage right there in a separate room supposedly for better digestion. Nice touch to everything! Merci bocu!

Overall, it is not a 4 star hotel as advertised. At best it is a 2 star hotel. The carpet was so old and smelly. Carpets were ripping off the floor. Hallway smelled liked cigarettes smell. Sofa was sagging in the middle. The room was so hot and when I turn the AC, it was making a loud rattling fan noise. It looked like a bearing in the fan was going bad. When I wiped the headboard with tissue, it was black. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom because all the outlets were hidden and couldn’t find it. Due to my job, I sleep in hotel about 150 nights a year and this is one of the worst hotel I have stayed recently.

Nothing special m, all good

Perfect for our short stay - room was small but we didn’t need much! Great updated bathroom; but the main bedroom area was a bit outdated and smelled of smoke. We kept out window open and with the fresh air it was just fine! Front desk was helpful and held our bags before and after checkout, they also had recommendations and helped with the metro travel.

Extremely nice property, that is somehow quiet, even though it is literally a one-block walk to all of the shopping and restaurants on the Champs-Élysées - which is very nice. The front desk person, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend and also stay again!

The most courteous staff work at this hotel and would go out of their way to ensure your stay is fabulous. The hotel was beautiful and in a fantastic location

Our family had two rooms and were placed right across from each other which was perfect. In one room where we were told it was non-smoking, there was ash on the window sill and the whole room reeked of cigarette smoke. In the same room, the TV did not work at all. For both rooms, we had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door as the safes do not hold our electronics, and the cleaning staff did not acknowledge it and came into the rooms anyway. The staff were fabulous and the ambiance in the lobby was spectacular, a great spot to sit and have a quick glass of wine. Located right around the corner from the Champs Elysees, it's in easy walking distance to everything. Thanks for a great stay.

Held a business breakfast in the dining area. Could not have been nicer. Juba on the front desk was an excellent ambassador for this surprisingly nice hotel just off the Champs de Elysees
