Beautiful hotel, very clean, excellent location, lovely rooms. Will definitely stay here again.

This is an extremely noisy hotel next to the highway. Make sure to get a room away from the highway.

The hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were spacious. We got a good rate so we wanted to try since we love the Guild House connected to the hotel. Honestly, nothing was bad I just expected more for some reason.

The staff is absolutely fantastic. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Efficient. A real asset to this lovely hotel. I highly recommend it and hope to stay there again on any future trips to Columbus.

Excellent service

Great location great staff great hospitality

Interior design was good; it conveyed its unique quality. However, small equipments were not working well. Ex: coffee maker, shower.

Pretty bad c/s fail. Room I booked/prepaid was not available; I get it, things happen. But no apology - just ‘we’re sold out’. And, much worse, no refund of the price difference between the room I paid for and the room I received. I don’t expect to leave a marriott property feeling ripped off

We loved it, plan on staying there every time we stay in Columbus.

Right in the middle of many things to enjoy; plenty of food options. The convention center is a block away. All of the the staff were top notch; thank you!

Fun hotel in a great community with an excellent restaurant

Although our stay was short the staff were very friendly and accommodating to our every need. We will definitely be booking our stay here for our next visit.

I have stayed at the property many times, never again. I booked a room with a view for my birthday weekend. The trucks whined down the highway- no sleep. Although they changed our room, the rate stayed the same without crediting the difference. Management dismissed any idea of an accommodation. The most expensive stay in the Short North may be one of my most disappointing.

Amazing from start to finish. Very clean, staff was pleasant the room was super comfy I’ll definitely be coming back .

It was sort of dirty, the wallpaper was peeling, there were orange stains on the curtains, and the finish was peeling of the bedside table. The outlets were worn enough the plugs wouldnt stay in the holes. The bathroom looked nice, but it was extremely dangerous. There was no rim around the shower stall so water got EVERYWHERE! We both slipped and almost fell multiple times. They had bottled tonic water in the mini bar with no bottle opener. I would have thought the money I spent would have gotten me a little bit of forethought and cleanliness. The views were outtanding, the bathtub was nice and we enjoyed the record player.

The spa experince is top noych for the state. Front desk was excellent and the drink at the bar was excellent.
