Staff were friendly and answered all questions I had. Room was spacious and clean. Only thing, you can't pay for breakfast of you don't book breakfast at time of booking

Place is clean very convenient to restaurant but the hotel have ice no ice machine no air conditioning no fridge no microwave the view was terrible

Everything is so close! The room is clean and the staff were very friendly. The subway is a minute away and the bus stop as well.

During the night we were listening moisés like washers. That is what we did not like.

Perfect location for a base to explore Mexico city. Subway access less than 200 feet from the front door, so all of Mexico city is just a few stops away!

Very accommodating

I stay for 4 days in October 2024 no problem everything was excellent, but my last stay for one night on November 4 the room was not as clean as the nights before, I request to change the ventilator to be change because it was doing noises that prevent me to have a good night sleep, and the problem was not solve

me molesto la unidad del aire, estuvo asiendo mucho ruido toda la noche , muy molesto., la otra cosa no me gusto el parkeadero lo que si me gusto fue el trato delos empleados, la ubicación y la limpieza

This was my 2nd stay here. Both times the staff have arranged a driver for me to go to the airport for a very early flight. So that is a reliable service with a safe and punctual driver.
