Wonderful hotel with pleasant helpful staff. Super clean. Nice pool and sauna. Great food, too.

Stayed three nights. Great location to walk to the Berchtesdgaden HBF station and get around the area. Clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Very quiet and relaxed overall. Restaurant was very good as well

Room was very clean, staff were very nice, balcony has great view, excellent breakfast, nothing we don’t like! Oh , and the half board dinner was excellent, for €29 per person you get 3 court dinner plus salads bar, deluoabd well presented!

Nice hotel, excellent staff, and nice continental breakfast. Did not have air condition or washer/dryer as advertised in Expedia. Did not know adult only meant clothing optional in pool/sauna and had a 14/17 year old booked with us prior to adult only. Would have appreciated knowing this.

This is the second time we have stayed here, and it keeps getting better! If you are looking for a quaint authentic German mountain hotel this is what you want! They are friendly and the breakfast is amazing! I highly recommend!

We were very pleased with our stay.

We only stayed one night while coming back from a longer trip, but I'm glad we picked this place. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The sauna and pool area was superb. We ate breakfast and dinner there, and both were great. I also loved how pet-friendly they were, and how convenient the location was to the Eagle's Nest. I also appreciated the city discount card they provided.

Out dated interior, parking area left expensive cars to close together, breakfast ok, but hurried out after 10:00 am staff were a little rude.

Very good food selections on offer for breakfast and dinner. Beds not particularly comfortable, a lot of traffic noise from road nearby.

The hotel provides exceptional customer service, breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and location is ideal. Excellent pool and outdoor seating areas. Our balcony had a bright light directed at it, so it was difficult to enjoy the views and cool weather at dawn. There are hotels in the area that may provide better views but this hotel provides a lot of extras (pool, massages, parking, breakfast, great customer service) that are hard to beat. Nearby Italian restaurant with great food... worth the wait! I will definitely book again due to its value.

Friendly helpful staff we celebrated our silver wedding anniversary and they had rose petals on the table for dinner time and complementary glass of Prosecco, lovely hotel

It is in a great location, very accessible to the buses and trains. Great staff.

Nothing “wrong” with this hotel.... but it was expensive. If you can stay at Hotel Bavaria, I highly recommend it.

Easy walking distance from the train station with a small carry on roller bag. Very nice and helpful staff. They quickly provided hot water when requested for tea and held our bags after checking out. Breakfast was plentiful and very nice. Pool was warm and comfortable. Hotel provided a card to cover local bus transportation.

We enjoyed the newly renovated room, and the breakfast was fantastic. Easy location within town; walkable to some destinations, but recommend driving to the town center.

It was a great hotel in the area! The pool area is nice and is walking distance to everything within the city! The only downside to the hotel is depending on the time of year there is no air conditioning. We went in the summer and it was a little hot. Overall though everything about the hotel was great and everyone was very helpful!!!!!

Say checkin, checkout. We stayed here as we were visiting The Eagles Nest. Very close to where the tour started.
