Was centrally located to everything we wanted to do

The front desk operators were awsome. The room was clean. Everything is in walking distance

For a 100 year old hotel, it was well maintained and charming.

Location is fantastic, but the hotel/guest rooms have seen better days. The rooms smell of stale smoke, are very outdated, drafty and have poor quality furnishings.

Very dated. Check in is 3:00, our room wasn’t ready till 3:45. I know there was an event in town, that’s why I was there.

The convenience of the location

Only 1 wash cloth in the room for my wife and I. had to walk flight of steps then go outside to a 2nd floor ice covered walkway with ice cycles that could injury you if they would break outside our room.

Rooms in need of renovation or updated.

Our check in was very welcoming and the room was clean and very nice. The hotel has a very friendly and affordable bar/lounge atmosphere for an evening cocktail or beer and an awesome breakfast buffet at no extra charge. Definitely a place we would stay at again.

We have stayed at the Genetti many times and enjoyed ourselves however it is in desperate need of room updates while keeping the integrity of its old time charm. Not impressed with the rooms at all but the bathroom was the least impressive.

This is a hundred year old hotel which has maintained its charm! The staff are friendly and helpful. The free breakfast buffet is like no other!

My room was pretty small as was the bathroom. The room was quiet, and it was clean. The mattress was comfortable.The staff was very helpful and friendly is endly. I was visiting family for Christmas so did not spend much time in the room, it would have been crowded with 2 people. I'd stay again for the type of visit I had, but wouldn't want to spend much time in the room.bathroom.

Perfectly comfortable but nothing special. Furniture in the room was "tired". Desk chair leaned so far back it was unsafe. There were no charging outlets. Lights were hard to figure out. Front desk staff was very nice but, like many service industries, they were understaffed and overwhelmed during the check in at 9 PM. Pet surcharge is very reasonable. I would stay there again.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate my husband's birthday weekend. It was beautiful and just what we were looking for.
