Nice staff, clean, walkable

Breakfast was like waking up at Grandma's, fresh, homemade cinnamon rolls. Staff was friendly.

Inexpensive and close to the Grotto. I thought the service could have been a little more friendly. Didn’t seem like he wanted our business. But it served its purpose.

I like the Parkview. It doesn't really change. The proprietors are friendly and helpful. It is a good location for walking around the grotto

Highly recommend this hotel. I will never stay anywhere else after our experience here. The whole place was exceptionally clean and such nice touches in the decor. We had a two room sweet that was so comfortable and walking distance to the town and Grotto across the street. The staff was so friendly. Just loved it! Thank you for the hospitality

Less than ońe block away the Grotto of the redemption

The place was very clean. Beds were not very comfortable could feel the inner coil springs when you sat/laid down on them.

Room was reserved as non smoking and it stunk of smoke!! Bedspread stunk abd was in horrible condition. Old and dirty. Tv was very old. Room not very clean at all.

Proximity to Grotto of the Redemption was a huge bonus. Good continental breakfast. Attentive manager.
