This was such a nice spot in town for a great price. Cute, clean and quiet with friendly lobby staff and a convenient breakfast. Best bang for your buck for sure

Hotel was nice and clean, staff were friendly when checking in. Close to all the main attractions and beaches. Have to give it an overall 3 because of a local homeless person. You have to use your key card to enter the breakfast room, he would wait for someone to leave and grad the door and help himself. The first day he just grabbed and left, the second day he stayed in the room. Made my daughter and I feel very uncomfortable.

It’s nice area . 20 min walk to a nearest beach. Overall was good but you can hear your neighbors super super well. Night you can hear everyone walking and slamming things. But it came quiet after 10. Overall it was nice. I didn’t eat their breakfast since I ate out . Rooms are large with everything you need. I did see hair and stuff on thr floor but everything else was clean. The receptionists were really friendly.

A decently priced, decently located motel in Santa Cruz -- good value for the price overall. It was a quiet location, had a better than expected breakfast included, and was overall clean and comfortable. A good stay in an otherwise fairly pricey location. Nearby BBQ restaurant was quite good.

Always clean and great bed !!!

Beds were comfortable and room was very nice and clean. The inconvenience was that there are no elevators for heavy luggage and bags.

We liked that the property was clean and quiet. The room was nice and updated. We didn't like that not all the key staff spoke English. We also would have preferred that the breakfast room be open until 11:00am, instead of just 10:00am.

Great stay! The staff are wonderful - accommodating and professional.

The only drawback is that there is no elevator. If you cannot handle stairs, you must specify that you want a ground floor room when making your reservation. The breakfast room is on the second floor. If you want breakfast and cannot do one flight of stairs, well....

We had a great stay here. Very spacious room.

The women at the front desk were extremely friendly even though I showed up very late in the evening and had to call them to check me in. Unlike most free hotel breakfasts this one actually tasted really good and had a good selection of options. I will definitely stay here again if I ever stay in Santa Cruz again..

I always have a nice stay at Mission Inn. Great people, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Pleasant courtyard and patio areas. Nice variety at the Continental Breakfast. I think it's a bit more than Continental, actually. Well worth it.

Quiet and not busy considering it was Christmas. Convenient and close enough to West Cliff Drive area without being right at the beach.

I absolutely loved the amenities at the Mission Inn! The sauna and hot tub are divine! Plus a continental breakfast with waffles?? How can you go wrong!? This is the only hotel I book when I stay in Santa Cruz now :) I HIGHLY recommend!!!!
