Terrible not well maintained

Great location , friendly staff and clean room.

Very run down. Foot towel given for a towel. Internet poor. Great location, but a little scary at night!

This property is marginal. There was minimal heat, the walls and ceilings were paper thin. We were disturbed by other customers opening and closing their room doors. The beds were uncomfortable and there weren’t enough blankets since there was minimal heat. We checked out a day early. Don’t stay here. The low prices aren’t worth the poor conditions.

Good location, friendly helpful staff. Room was a bit cold (in late October) but I never asked how the heater could be turned on, probably central heating? otherwise a great place, Only stayed one night.

The hotel was clean and nice,centrally located and the staff was polite and cooperative.

I stayed for 4 nights here at the hotel and was happy with my stay. It's a simple hotel but the staff are very approachable and hospitable. The room was serviced everyday. Though I had booked a courtyard room which I found a bit too small, the staff willingly agreed to change it for a better one. It's close to the train station and a 7- 10 min walk to the entrance of the Sanctuary..

Short walk to everything. Food, shopping & grotto. Best place for the money. Stayed extra days. A little run down but to us if we come back we would check this place first. $$$$$

I would class this Hotel more as a Hostel. The rooms are pretty out-dated. Having said that, you can't go too wrong with £27.00 a night. The bed and bathroom were clean. Located a 5 minute walk from all the attractions of the town, shops and restaurants.

We stayed for 3 night. Room was very clean. Room telephone doesn't work but its ok as we have no us for it. Wifi easy to connect. Comfortable beds. Would be better if electric kettle available in room (but receptionist volunteered to give hot water for drinks anytime if requested). Overall very good value for money. All the receptionists were very helpful.

Very basic hotel, but serves its purpose and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very helpful and lovely staff. I booked a single room with a Queen bed, but the room I was allocated had a single bed. I asked for another room with a Queen bed and they managed to give me a 3-bed room with a Queen size bed. However, the WiFi connection was awful, on and off all the time. The next morning they installed a new router, but there was no WiFi connection for a few minutes. Not ideal as I had to send an email urgently, but speed was much better afterwards. The hotel was clean and centrally located, but it looks a bit run down - as many of the hotels in Lourdes. Nonetheless front desk staff were really doing their best. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the wonderful experience in Lourdes.

The rooms were very basic clean but dusty very dark inside no TV or Radio but they did have free WIFI. The towels were of the smallest thinnest you could find smelt of fish and chips after you washed with them. The beds were of a poor standard and seen better days with blankets doubled over. The security at the hotel seemed very poor the hotel reception was left empty in the afternoon and anyone could walk in pick a key from the wall rack and go and rob the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful and we only had breakfast at the hotel which was a standard French breakfast.

Accueil très sympathique. Personnel serviable et à l'écoute. Hôtel, chambre et salle de bain très propre.
