Lovely property .... The dinner was great . Room service was very convenient and fast . The spa was wonderful Justine was amazing with the massage I felt so relaxed after. Our pedicures the next day were equally amazing, my feet are so soft and clean my polish is neat. I will definitely be back for a massage and relaxing overnight trip .

Clean

It was very loud in the library building keeping me from sleeping, the room wasn’t cleaned to the standard I had expected from the price of the accommodations. Someone also entered my room this morning while I was sleeping around the 9 o clock hour.

Hotel was very nice. The pillows were like cement blocks but the front desk did manage to find 2 soft ones for us to use.

Love staying here! We are from Ohio, but stay here when we come out to east coast. Beautiful Historic Hotel.

The check in was not great as they pre authorized by credit card twice then told me the transactions failed despite my showing them the text that said it was cleared. I was on the phone with my Amex to prove to them that the charges went through and they refused me saying loudly that the transaction failed twice. I was displeased with the front desk all together.

I love this property! I stayed for one night and there was a comedian and a lot of activity in the hotel which made for a great night! My only complaint is the bed! It was probably the least comfortable bed I have ever slept in a hotel. I had a horrible night sleep as the mattress was terrible! The room and amenities are all top notch! I am not a fan of the blue toilet water as a cleaner… but just my personal opinion.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like family. The entire staff is remarkable and were very attentive to our special needs. It was a fantastic weekend and we look forward to returning soon!

Bathrooms are out dated as were the bedrooms, but clean. Went in midwinter,clearly a summer resort.

The overnight accommodations were fine. The spa treatments were the highlight of our stay. We were disappointed with the jacuzzi - too many children trying to get in (they didn't) but it was noisy.
