Clean and ac works well

This was a great place to stay. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean, ac and fan in room were great, staff is sooo helpful and nice. It was within walking distance to restaurants and shops and a small park/plaza and beach. We did taxi and bus to get around and was easy to catch from there out to wherever we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel location, property condition is grear and Clean.Parking is located at basement. Only problem is smart TV is not properly connected to WiFi so you wont be able to make use of the streaming apps

Stayed for 4 nights. Welcoming and very helpful staff. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Ice cold A/C which is very important in Huatulco. Very walkable area close to restaurants and shops. Short and inexpensive cab ride to La Crucecita for great restaurants and shopping

The service in the restaurant was terrible, I ordered my food and my dessert never was served I was waiting 30 minutes and then I left the restaurant, I filled a complaint with a report with the reception. very bad experience

We found the staff from the desk, to the restaurant to the cleaning staff to be so polite and helpful.

The breakfast buffet is delicious and worth paying the extra cost for it! If I go will be returning back.

Excellent property and amenities as you would expect at a Holiday Inn in Canada. Excellent price point even lower than Canada - averaged $122/night CDN over our 7-day stay. Staff are very professional and helpful. AC is outstanding - very important!

We had to extend our stay in Mexico due to illness and the staff of this hotel were incredibly kind and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean, the food options were great, and it is an extremely convenient location.

It is clean, and close to the beach and by the marina from where we can sail to vidit the other bays. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is very close to the beach, and transportation.

Right in front of the marina and on the main road with enough restaurants and coffee shops. Unfortunately we were there during a festival so it was extremely busy and very loud for 2 nights. Hotel pool is very small but the time we used it is wasn’t very busy. We didn’t opt for the breakfast package but ordered dinner one night which was good. One beach is a 3 minute walk while another is 15-20 minutes. Taxis are cheap to get you to the other ones. We went to Cafe Supremo Organico by taxi for coffee tasting and a tour which was amazing!
