A unique resort with a Balinese/Javanese feel... the moment you enter, it feels like Ubud.
The facilities are complete, including a gym, swimming pool, children's play area, and spacious green areas.
The staff is friendly.
The quality of some of the restaurant food needs to be improved, such as the tomyum and fried chicken.
The pizza is delicious, perfect for kids' snacks.
The breakfast variety should also be improved.
The service is quite good.
There's a water dispenser in front of the room, so you don't have to worry about dehydration.
I think the bathroom cleanliness needs improvement. When I went to use the bathtub and fill it with water, I found a lot of long hair floating in the water (likely from previous guests).
The shower area has a slippery stone floor, which probably wasn't cleaned by housekeeping.
