Clean. Quiet area.

We asked the day before about how to get to the apartment. No answe. Told them when we arrive. But called them for an hour and no answer. Followed what we got from them and called the number no answer. We had a child with us that was really tired so very disappointed. We will not book here again.

The room and furnishing were in very poor condition.

We booked a room with wifi and were put in a faulty room with none - we then had to wait 2 days to be moved to a room with wifi. Apart from this i enjoyed my stay Thank youvso much 👌

Overall this property is old and needs upgrading. No reception, only facility is the pool.The checkin method of finding a keybox was unexpected, allso not mentioned when I first booked.I found it difficult being guided in the poor light, by a person whose english wasn't the best. I Ididn't have wifi and shower remained cold for duration of my stay When I did find a person he advised me there was no wifi available in the complex. He was a repairman, not reception.

Pleasantly surprised 3star and cost. It was clean great location, minor issues but nothing to spoil time there. Would go again.

Terrible apartments so out dated and old , apartment was so small and narrow luckily we only had to stay 1 night !

Staff were excellent very pleasant and helpful. However long wait and queues to get into restaurant spoil the dining experience. They would not let you in until they went away and set a table. This happened with every group. As a consequence of the long wait often the coffee machines were switched off at 10 even though we had been waiting. Just a twerk of the system woul make it much more pleasurable.

Awful. Firstly if you look at reviews from 2018 people complained about wi for at hotel. Answer was working on it Guess what we never got wi do for 7 days asked reception. Same answer so it’s a con you won’t get any WiFi at all When walking from reception to room area it’s full of cats and stinking of cat p... cleaning ladies very polite and helpful Pool clean and has safety people. Small very small like away from main pool.

Infested with cockroaches, got moved 3 times still tortured.

The apartment was very clean, the staff very friendly and the view was fantastic, also only a few steps away from the Europa centre for shops pubs and restaurants.

Loved everything about the place, location to Europa the best.

Have been here before. Nice apartment but not everything of what was promised to be there, existed; as a coffemaker and a TV in funktion. Also was the apartment not fully equipped for 3 persons (which we had paid for); for example did we have to fight for a week to get a third balcony chair. The same thing relating to an extra key to the apartment. On the other hand, was the daily cleaning of the apartment excellent done. We could live with those shortcomings, but were very stressed not to be able to come in contact with the owner (Riosol/Riversun), when we 3 days before arrival tried to get confirmation of our booking. They didn’t answeer our questions on Homeaway’s website. That is a problem which makes us doubtful if we dare to book through Homeaway in the future.

Nice room with a good view. Apart from the pool there are no facilities at this hotel. Reception was never open and all interaction was with the sister hotel next door. Good pool area and not too crowded and maid service was very good,

I like this place. It's not fancy, but really good. It's quite, clean and nice. Next time when we go on a holiday, I can guarantee that we will be staying there.

No deposit. No personal check-in. Only by phone. Clean and wellequiped apartment. Noise from above, as the apartment is not isolated. Moist closet(?)

Cogimos 6 días y solo estuvimos 1 noche porque estaba sucísimo el apartamento, las camas estaban cojas, los enchufes medio salidos, si enchufabas algo salían chispas..

Unique was the view. Negative that there was not reception. But phone number worked.
