Onsen was amazing

Staff were very polite, friendly and efficient. The location is fantastic with lovely views. And value for money (this was off peak) was very high. Stayed in a lovely suite the size of na apartment.

The staff were lovely. The hotel design was dated and no tattoos were allowed at the onsen however everyone has to still pay the onsen tax even if they are not allowed to use it due to tattoos. The restaurant was amazing and great food

The hotel is very clean with beautiful view of golf course and mountain, especially during the summer and autumn. Not convenient for tourist as it's quite far from the station with limited bus schedule and food options. The room decor is also outdated. Will recommend the hotel for golfers and not tourists.

お部屋から浅間山が目の前に見え、また新緑がとても綺麗でした。ケーブルカー？で行く温泉も楽しかったです。まろやかな温質で心身ともに癒されました。とてもいい旅行になりました。ありがとうございました。

浅間山の見えるお部屋とレストランで、綺麗な景色を堪能しました。温泉施設は脱衣場、浴室内ともに清潔が保たれ、気持ち良く利用できました。 オフシーズンで人が少なめで静かに過ごせた事、突然積もった雪に、車の除雪に雪掻き道具を貸して頂けて、とても助かりました。 初めての利用でしたが、スタッフの対応がとても良く、洗練されたホテルだと思いました。

とても静かな環境で朝は鳥の鳴き声で大変癒されました。温泉もとても泉質が良いと感じ大変リラックス出来ました。

自然の中でリラックスして過ごせます 近くには軽井沢・プリンスショッピングプラザでのショッピングも楽しめます メリハリのある休暇を取ることができます

很好，很舒服

軽井沢駅にプリンスホテルの休憩所があり、アウトレットの買い物中、荷物を預かってくれたり、休憩ができる。 ホテルは古いが清潔でゆっくりできる。 温泉も良い。 レストランもホテルだけあって、何でも美味しかった。スタッフの対応も良い！

The experience was exceptional and impressive. Though the transport was relatively less attractive, the environment, facilities, size of room, services and cleanliness worth the extra travel time. Overall, the stay was superb! We enjoyed a lot!
