Absolutely amazing I got an upgrade and Sunny was the best concierge.

The breakfast for two that states is included in the booking for $14 dollars is false advertising. Its only $14 dollars off for one from breakfast menu. Most hotels in the area have nice free breakfast

Upscale hotel with reasonable prices and great amenities. Across the street from Riverfront Park and Convention Center.

Great hotel loved it

Right across the street from theater where we saw traveling Broadway Hamilton performance. Our view looked over the waterfront area in downtown Spokane!

Nice hotel close to Riverside Park. Well maintained.

Very friendly check-in staff, bed & pillows were so comfy. Love that it's across the street from First Interstate Center (and that there is a skywalk to FIC). Could have used an extra blanket in my room (to be fair, I didn't look for one). Bar service for late lunch was slow and felt ignored even though it wasn't busy. Sandwich & wine was good, fries weren't. Overall, you can't go wrong with any of the Davenport Hotels.

Amazing

A few things were frustrating but ultimately we had a nice stay. There was only ONE cup for the coffee maker. There were only three towels when our group had four ... Staff was very friendly and it was clean, just wish the little things could have been caught. Spokane definitely has areas to walk and not walk. We learned that as we were finding dinner locations. but it was right next to the convetion center which was ideal for seeing a show!

Excellent location of you want to go to Broadway shows at the First Interstate Center across the road. Very convenient access to the riverside paths and park.

It was okay. There was a charge for everything, mandatory $20 incidentals charge per day, even though we didn’t use anything. You could hear all the traffic from outside. I would never stay again. Not sure if they had cleaning staff as there was a wine glass by the elevators that had been there the entire stay.

The hotel is modern but the rooms lack furnishings. A sofa would have been nice instead of red swivel chairs. Restaurant needs an larger menu

The hotel was beautiful and check in was fast and easy. We reserved 2 beds but she had one but they gave us 2 and the room was nice except the heater was super noisy and we were facing a roof and parking garage. I told them we were not satisfied so they moved us to a quiet room facing the city. They accommodated us very nice. Restaurants were all closed and when our show got out there were no options for food. We went to bed hungry because their restaurant, which said open until 11, would not let us order anything at 10:40. They need more options for food, but hey, the bar was open!

Room was not ready upon arrival. I understand that this can happen however, staff was not understanding at my disappointment at not being able to gain access to my room at the agreed upon time.

Our stay here was disappointing. We ended up paying more money than normal for this hotel to go see some friends. We paid it because our friends said it was a good place to stay. Turns out the reason we paid so much was a student technology conference was taking place at the hotel. The weekend was full of running and yelling kids in the halls at all hours, clogged up elevators, and unclean conditions in the general spaces. The weekend was capped off by the fire alarm going off on Saturday morning at 7:30am. Had to go down 11 flights of stairs with hundreds of high school kids to find out what we all knew...it was just a false alarm. Pretty disappointing that we never received any message or comps from the hotel...but that matches the entire weekend experience there. We will stay somewhere else next time in Spokane.

Huge kid technology convention- kids running loud in the halls - un supervised. Should have had more staff monitoring

Check in staff Olivia and valet are super friendly and helpful. Great check in and parking experience.
