There were all kinds of trucks and construction vehicles in front of and on side of building. The front door was blocked by a roll off and followed a construction worker in a side door and saw where check in was because of long line. There was only one person processing check in's and it was a slow process . People staying here should get a big discount

We made a quick, unexpected stop in Richland due to some mechanical issues with our car. The staff was very accommodating with our last minute reservation and very helpful with helping us know where to get resources to get back on the road the next morning! And breakfast was delicious!!

This was an excellent Hampton Inn to stay in. It was very clean and had an exceptional staff. This one is on my list again to stay.

Ok for a road trip overnight

We arrived around 8pm, got around to get some sleep, thats when the AWFUL sewer gas smell started. I called the front desk and let them know, i was told, yes, we've had others calling, sorry not anything we can do about it. Was told it happens about the same time most nights and within a couple hours it should get better. Off and on until around 2am the odor would come and go. Walls must be thin because you can hwar everything going on around you.

Towels were very dirty. I can not believe that they put those as clean in the bathrooms.

The property is nice. The only thing I didn’t care for was the placement of the TV to the bed. On the side vs in frint

Great place to stay. Great customer service. Clean! Food all around you. Mexican restaurant in the parking lot is good.

Although the clerk at the desk was wearing " many hats" upon our check-in, she was welcoming and pleasant. Answered our questions without hesitation. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. To top it off, there was great choice of breakfast options that were included. It is our 3rd visit to this hotel when we travel. Will return again. BTW, if you like Thai food, there's a restaurant down the road about 3 minutes away (Samila's) that has great food and service.
