The hotel is great, but unfortunately, the service is very poor. I stayed there on August 20, 2026, for one night as a transit hotel.
1. There is an elevator, but it didn't work, so I had to use the stairs to get to my room with quite a lot of heavy luggage. There was no staff to help.
2. Calling the front desk and room service was difficult. Several calls went unanswered, so I had to go down to the front desk.
3. The torn sheets were still used as a headboard.
4. The toilet was dirty and the floor was slippery.
5. This was the most dangerous part, in my opinion. At 10:00 PM, when it was time to rest, someone suddenly opened my room, and it was a different gender than me. After complaining to the hotel by phone, we learned that the person was the previous guest who had checked out but hadn't returned the key. We both felt violated, and we felt uneasy all night. The information we received over the phone stated that there was only one card (the one we were holding) and that the other, held by the previous person, had been reset. However, when the training staff delivered it, it turned out that the one card that had been reset was still usable.
Please improve the system and security. What if we were asleep and someone broke in? If something went missing, how would the hotel compensate us? Even when we asked to meet with the hotel's senior representative (not the intern who knew nothing), they refused to meet us. Honestly, we were very disappointed and couldn't rest at this hotel.
