There were cockroaches in the room, and the soap dispenser had a spider web that hadn't been cleaned. The toilet seat was dirty and should have been replaced. However, it is closer to the airport.

I stayed here for an early flight, so I chose a location close to the airport. The room was dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. It was full of dust, especially under the bed and in the dirty bathroom, with cobwebs. The cupboard was dusty, and the AC remote was broken. The breakfast menu was limited, and there was no staff. It seemed the hotel was understaffed, making it seem neglected.

Recommended for those looking to stay overnight due to its proximity to the airport. The rooms are comfortable, and there's even a swimming pool.

The room wasn't great. The phone in the room didn't work. I tried calling the restaurant, but the receptionist couldn't get through. The elevator was disabled. The bathroom was full of water mold, which made me not feel like taking a shower. However, you can order food, although the selection is limited and not very filling. The staff is friendly, and the airport pick-up/drop-off is free.

Overall was good. Even though the water in the bathroom was a little bit stuck. The staff are awesome.

The pillowcases, blankets, and sheets were all dirty, not changed, dusty, and smelled of cigarettes and sweat. The shower floor (in the bathroom) was flooded, leaving my feet dirty after a shower. The bathroom floor was dirty, and the bathroom table was dusty. It was absolutely terrible.

The reception staff provided good service, the room rates were affordable, and it's conveniently located near the airport.

I always choose Illira as a place to stay because of the friendly staff and also the nice ambiance in the restaurant adjacent to the swimming pool.

The hotel is fine but could use some repairs. The elevator doesn't work. We had paid for a nice room upgrade, but when we got there we asked if they had connecting rooms. They said they did on the 2nd floor but didn't mention that it would be a cheaper room, so we paid for a room that we didn't get. Food was fine, but it takes a long time as there wasn't anyone in the restaurant at the time.

The room amenities didn't match the description. I purposely booked an expensive room that was described as having a refrigerator, but when I arrived, it wasn't there. The hotel staff has been questioned and even after checking out, they're still silent.
