This hotel is ideally located across the street from a train station and is within walking distance from a plethora of shops and restaurants, but that is where the positive attributes end. The hotel is dirty, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Specifically, when I asked the front desk to print an itemized receipt for my stay (which my employer requires), at first they refused, when I insisted, they seemed annoyed, as if I was inconveniencing them by asking a "business" hotel for an invoice. I wasn't impressed by the quality of the food at the hotel restaurant either. The only reason I didn't cancel my reservation and change hotels is that there were no vacancies anywhere else.
