There was only one power outlet available for charging phones, even though the room was designed for three people, so the TV had to be unplugged to allow for two people to charge their phones simultaneously. The white towels and bedcover were a bit dull, making them look less than clean even after washing. They should be replaced permanently.

Strategic location and easy access. The downsides are cleanliness in the room (there are insects like ants and small cockroaches) and bathroom (the water is somehow blackish).

The water coming out of the sink and toilet taps is very dirty. Maybe there has just been a repair. But it is uncomfortable for hotel guests.

In terms of service, it's quite good, but some facilities do need to be upgraded, such as the TV, because I got a TV whose screen and sound were uncomfortable to hear and see, the cleanliness of the duvet also needs to be improved because there were some stains that I recorded when I checked in as a precaution, besides that, the room is not soundproof enough so when you get a room near the parking area or the side of the road, the sound can get in quite a bit

The service is very friendly but the bed is not comfortable and during our stay the room was never cleaned and there was no wifi facility either.

You can hear rats in the ceiling. My body itches from the bed.
