The staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast and good restaurant (simple and genuine) The room is very clean but a bit decadent as furniture, uncomfortable mattress (needs to be renewed). Absolutely good value for money.

Rated as 4* which it definitely isn’t! Air conditioning was a portable air con unit in room with tubing vent going out of open window, pointless really!

We stopped of here so that we could visit the Villa d'Este, which is only 5 mins away. Hotel looks great, Emperor Hadrian might well like to stay there! Lots of parking, check in was easy. Room for 4 people was more like a suite. Our room needed proper curtains or blinds. We only had some drapes which did not cover the window. Had to peg them together to cut out the morning light a bit. Bathroom was good although there was a bit of mould in the shower. Cleaners could have scrubbed it off, would only have taken a minute. We ate at "Da Totorello" in the evening, 6 mins away. very good.

Decent condition and a good breakfast save this place. It was very quiet located in a surburban neighborhood with decent restaurants nearby. Front desk staff were helpful. It had the smallest shower I have ever seen, and they give you a microscopic sliver of soap. Good luck reaching your feet. Tiny TV, room safe did not work, and the hotel seemed to need a bit of upkeep.

Hotel staff was very personable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Nice pool and grounds, however even in the summer the pool water was cold Overall good experience

The lowest cost in our Italy trip, with this price, I am happy with the pool and breakfast.

Close to Tivoli and easy to find but more reasonable in price than alternatives near the villas. This seems to be more of a business hotel with on-site parking and a restaurant. Breakfast was good but not as much choice as some others we've been to. Room and bathroom were large enough and very nice and helpful staff at the reception desk. Everything was clean and well maintained. Wifi was not good in the room and you had to find a certain spot in the lobby where it was excellent.

Beds were not very comfortable but it was a nice hotel overall.

Ventilazione rumorosa. Stanza un po’ vecchiotta. Per chi viaggia per lavoro manca un tavolino per poter usare il PC.
