Room and staff was very nice

Loved my room, and had all amenities within the kitchen. Staff was very helpful, and provided me with a free map of the area, and told me plenty of activities that they recommended. The gym and sauna were also better than what I pay at my normal gym. I was very satisfied with my stay, I felt like I was staying in luxury, but thankfully my bank account barely felt that!

Not aware there was no housekeeping services with a 3 day stay; staff was lovely.

Staff was very courteous. The room was very clean upon arrival. The room was huge with many amenities - large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wash and dryer. I would definitely stay here again

The gym was a great amenity. Didn’t have time to try the pool.

Clean room, accommodating staff, great location

Perfect location for exploring Vancouver by foot. The hotel was clean and the staff were happy to assist with any extras required (ex extra coffee pods/towels/directions). The rooftop pool and hot tub were clean and the perfect way to unwind after a day out exploring.

Fast elevator, staff are nice, quick check-in and check-out.

Dining table was missing in the room and they had no idea. Then it took them 2 days to deliver it.
